My first upload in my monthly video essay series!! Thanks to Kevin Douglas for his great work doing most of the editing.
In this video, I explore how the MCU may have impacted American culture and politics through it’s decade-plus long chokehold on the stories we enjoy.
I know this is a little rough around the edges. My performance has some issues, and there’s some watermarks here and there that might be distracting.
I’m uploading it as is because I really wanted to get this out during June, however it’s likely I’ll do a remastered version in the future that smooths out some of the rough edges. Ideally I’ll also be able to upload a version with more accurate subtitles.
Hopefully you can still enjoy what’s here, and look forward to me growing and improving as i make more of these! I’m completely open to feedback on how to do so, just be kind. I’m still new at this
